Watershed- Amelia Curran

Genre: Folk
Format Reviewed: Spotify 320 kbps
Rating: 6.5/10
Commentary: This is Canadian singer-songwriter Curran’s eighth album. It is not her best album, a little over-produced for my tastes. Nevertheless, there are several great songs, especially “Gravity” and “Move a Mile.” And, on the whole, Curran is one of the best folk singers out there you’ve never heard of, and so this review is my way of making you aware she exists. Her 2014 album “They Promised You Mercy” is outstanding, and 2012′s “Spectators” is one of the best albums I’ve listened to in 10 years.
